Room & Full venue hire information
Looking for the perfect space to celebrate a birthday, intimate wedding, baby shower, private event or need a space for a business meeting? Then our upstairs Oak Room restaurant is the perfect location. The space is suitable for bookings of tables of 12 people and over and up to a maximum of 40 people including children. We also have separate toilets upstairs.
Alternatively if you have a bigger event in mind then you can hire the whole of The Hoop including the garden (weather permitting). Given that we are a small, independently run business, we have the flexibility to work with you to ensure a function or event that is tailor made to your wishes. There will be one bill for whole party. A 10% service charge will be added to your bill - the service charge does not contribute to you minimum spend.
Last orders will be at 10.45pm and we ask that you kindly vacate The Hoop by 11.30pm.
We require a Pre-order on food when hiring The Oak Room or whole venue. If you are not having a bespoke menu then we will send you our party menu to choose from (this is also available to view online in our menu section).

Oak Room restaurant hire. The Prices listed below are for the minimum spend on food only (drinks are charged separately)

Tuesday - Thursday evening £1200
Saturday lunch (12pm-3pm) £1600
Friday & Saturday evening £3000
Sunday lunch - 12pm-5pm £3200
12pm - 2.15pm £1600
2.45pm - 5.15 pm £1600

Yes absolutely! We want you to have the food you love! Our team of Chefs will work with you to create a bespoke menu which suits your needs. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to cater for a range of dietary requirements.

Yes you are more that welcome to decorate the restaurant or whole venue on the day depending on which hire option you have selected. However, we ask that all decorations are removed by 10am the following day so we can continue with our usual service.
