This menu is available Tuesday to Saturday lunch & dinner.

Christmas BYO Wine & Fizz £55

Throughout December, bring your own wine and fizz to accompany your Christmas party.

Available Tuesday to Saturday lunch & dinner BYO wine & fizz only all other drinks to be bought at the Hoop.

Get into the festive spirit with traditional Christmas Carols organised by the 3 Churches of Stock & Stock School held at The Hoop.

stock florist FESTIVE WREATH MAKING WORKSHOP

Get Creative this Christmas with our wreath making workshop events in collaboration with Stock Florist. Book a place on our workshop on Thursday 28th November & Thursday 5th December at 5.30pm to learn and create your own luxury Christmas wreath.

Using an assortment of fresh greenery and seasonal foliage you will create your own bespoke natural wreath to take home with you and hang proudly in your home or front door. This workshop is suitable for all abilities, just bring yourself!

This event is held upstairs in our restaurant at £55 per person includes a glass of mulled wine and Hoop-made mince pie on arrival. If you would like to stay on upstairs to join us for dinner after your class,we can re set your table and you are welcome to join us for bar food but please add this into your booking or please speak to our staff.
Please note we require full payment for this popular event at the time of booking.

Christmas carols at the hoop

Come and join us on (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED ) in The Hoop Garden where we will be joined by Stock United. They have put together the choirs from our four churches in the village and teamed up Stock School bring a Christmas Carol Event like no other. Come and join them and get in the festive spirit, it’s free to attend and everyone is welcome. We will be selling mulled wine, mince pies and ? to keep you warm and remember to bring some notes or coins for their collection, no booking necessary, hope to see you there!

Santa & HIS ELF AT THE HOOP

December is a busy time of year for Santa in his North Pole workshop. However, he still manages to set aside some time to visit his favourite pub on a few dates during the month to spread some Christmas cheer to our younger diners! He will be with us at lunchtimes on Saturday 7th , Saturday 14th, Saturday 21st & Chrsitmas Eve 24th. With a gift for each child and a chance for him to check their wish list, these are popular family lunches at The Hoop every Christmas! Bookings only available in our upstairs restaurant ( This does not apply to the 24th when tables will be available in the bar area too).

THE HOOP’S ANNUAL CHRISTMAS QUIZ

If you’ve been a regular at our Quiz Nights throughout the year or feel like a new quiz challenge to boost your festive mood why not round the year off with a Christmas-themed Pub Quiz like no other here at The Hoop? Bring together your group of up to 6 people and book a space for the Christmas Quiz on Sunday 22nd December from 6.30pm. As with all our quizzes, the winning team will win a £50 gift voucher to spend at The Hoop!

On the evening of Thursday 12th December Paul Laurie will be hosting our Christmas party meal accompanied by matching wines. You will be able to pre-order from our Christmas Party Menu which for this event is priced at £70 per person for three courses including matching wines. You are invited to book a table and join us upstairs in our restaurant for a wonderful evening of dining & wining to get into the Christmas spirit. Tables are available in our upstairs dining area. You will be able to pre-order from our Dinner & Dance Menu which for this event is priced at £70 per person for three courses You are invited to book a table and join us for a wonderful evening of dining and live music to get into the pre New year spirit. Tables are available in our upstairs dining area & our bar area. Please note Jamie will be singing down stairs where you are welcome to join us downstairs for a boogie after dinner.A pre-order is required at least 1 week before your booking. 50% deposit required at time of booking per head. Bookings are available upstairs and downstairs at the hoop. All tables will have a 3 hour time slot. We operate 2 sittings on Christamas day. Unfortutaly we will not be able to offer drinking at the bar before or after your table booking. We kindly ask that you arrive & leave on time for us to accommodate all guest have the perfect day.
